We worked with our friends over at Nautique on these special awards for their 60th Annual Water Ski and Wakeboard Tournament. The Masters is known throughout the world as the most prestigious watersports tournament. The event began in 1959 at Callaway Gardens (Georgia, USA) and is held annually. An invitation to compete in the Masters is universally considered an honour and an acknowledgement of achievement for reaching the pinnacle in a given watersports discipline – only the world’s most elite athletes compete at the Masters. So we were more than happy to create something for such a prestigious event. We used custom cut solid timber, combined with solid metals (creating our gold, silver and bronze), UV printed acrylic and laser etched details, these will surely live in pride of place on the mantelpiece.
To those that participated in the GC Marathon, our hats are off to you! We hope your legs have recovered by now and also hope that the recipients of these awards have found a special place in their home to commemorate their efforts on the day.

Campbelltown City Council have become a great client of ours that we have worked with multiple times over the years and this year we were very happy to be making their Australia Day Awards for 2019.
Inspired by some of our encapsulated awards, our designers came up with a unique look for the trophies showing a mixture of encased timbers and exposed edges. The base has cut throughs to show coloured acrylics coming through and is finished with our signature laser etching.

In conjunction with their annual smaller awards, PepsiCo requested that we recreate their smaller awards into a large perpetual trophy that would display the names of winners throughout the years.
Now this trophy was huge! Probably the largest trophy we have created to date, it will definitely make a big statement wherever it is place. The total height of this award was almost 600mm/23.5 Inches tall.

Creating these awards for the Department of Environment & Science sector of the Queensland Government, these trophies were awarded to special achievers for their outstanding contribution to the department on the 26th of January also known as Australia Day.
Being the second year in the row for making these awards, we still love how they turn out each time! The vibrant colours against the timber works so well together and with the addition of their custom made coins in the centre finish the piece of nicely.

At the end of last year Youi requested us to create a collection of trophies for their upcoming Core Business Values Awards, recognising the achievements of their employees.
Using black, white and clear acrylic, the trophies were pieced together layer by layer and also included some acrylic elements that were adhered to the surfaces for a 3D effect through the layers. We love the sharp contrast between the black and white acrylic in these trophies.

Using timber veneered pieces for the top and bottom of the awards, layered of printed acrylic were created for the middle section and the timber was then finished off with laser etching and silver details.

Connect recently approached us to create some awards for an upcoming event to commend businesses that have excelled in the areas of transportation.
Choosing to run with our signature layered style trophy with acrylic and timber pieces, the acrylic was printed with different elements to create a 3D effect and also incorporated their colours and symbols for each category.
