Here is another job for the guys at Rhythm. We did some laser etched wooden blocks and some self adhesive re-usable stickers to use as point of sale pieces in the new pop-up shop they have in Manly, Sydney. The pieces turned out great and the guys were stoked.

We were approached by Theiss, John Holland and the Airport Link crew to produce some products for the grand opening of the new Brisbane Airport Link. One of the products we made was a Laser Cut and Laser Etched Stainless Steel Coaster for the opening night dinner event. The coasters were designed to represent the huge Tunnel Boring Machines (See pic below). These TBM were the first of their size to be used in Australia.
We did the Large Format Metal Laser Etching on large full sheets of Stainless Steel. The Laser Machine the comes back around and cuts each individual coaster out using the Metal Laser Cutting function. We then Laser Cut Felt discs to adhere to the bottom of the coasters to stop them from sliding around. We finished them of with a Hard Clear Resin Coating to give them extra shine and protection.
The finished product looked great. So much so, that they were getting stolen left, right and centre at the opening event.
We recently did some store graphics for Coolangatta Surf and Billabong. The graphics mainly co-inside with Billabongs “Life’s Better in Boardshorts” Campaign.
The graphics turned out great, especially the large image of Parko on the outside of the building. Check it out next time you are driving through Cooly!
Happy New Year!!!! After a great 2011, we have hit the ground running in 2012. Already starting to get busy.
Here is a huge job we finished last year.
We had to make thousands of these Laser Cut and Laser Etched Note Pad Boxes for Gunnersens, who are Australia’s largest privately owned Timber and Wood-Based Panel supply company. They were used for their corporate christmas gifts.
We came up with all of the concepts through to final designs for the boxes. Gunnersens supplied the veneered MDF, of course, we then Laser Cut and Etched them, then had to put them all together by hand.
Big job, but the final product was great and the client was stoked!
Here is a recent project we did for Honda Power Equipment and Hinterland Mowers.
We produced some Laser Cut Signage that acts as moveable Point of Sale Signs to hang over Product Racks. We designed and manufactured everything in house.
The laser Cut Lettering gives a 3D signage feel and the finished product looks great.
We are currently working on some more Innovative Signage for Honda… Stay Tuned.
We do a bit of Point of Sale Promo stuff for the guys over at Movie World, but recently they wanted to do something a bit different.
So here it is, a 2 layered Laser Cut 3D Point of Purchase Standee. Quite a simple concept, with a really effective and eye catching result!
We also produced some Laser Cut Standees for Sea World Cruises.
