Here is a project we did for BDA Architecture on the Gold Coast. It is a Laser Cut Land Contour Model for a development in Malaysia.
It took almost a full week for Robbie to set up all the files, cut each individual layer and then stick each layer on top of each other, in the right order.
We had to do it in 4 sections because it had to be shipped to Malaysia.

Here are a couple of pics from a job we did a little while back. They are some Wooden Laser Etched Point of Sale Stands for Billabong Australia, here on the Gold Coast. We gave the guys few different types of woods to choose from. They ended up choosing the New Guinea Rosewood, which is a re-newable plantation hard wood. It has a beautiful bright rose colour scattered throughout the grain.

Here are some shots of an Office Graphics fit-out we did for McCarthy Consulting Group, in Southport on the Gold Coast, late last year.
All Concept and Design was done in-house by our design team, as well as all Production and Installation.
Front Reception – Customised Printed Textured Wallpaper, 30mm Routed and 2 pak MCG sign and Laser Cut Lettering across Front Reception Desk.
Office Window Graphics – Printed and Contour Cut Frosted Etch Reverse Applied with Vinyl Cut MCG Logo Face Applied.
Front Entrance Doors – Frosted Etch Reverse Applied with Vinyl Cut MCG Logo Face Applied.

Here are some Denim Wrapped Folders we made for a client of ours. Our professional binder made these all by hand. After carefully planning where all the pockets were going to sit, we cut up the jeans and wrapped the folders. After that we Laser-etched the clients logo onto the back pocket and finished it off with a clasp to fold the folder together. The final result looked amazing!

Here are some Hand Bound Hard Case Folders we did for Lifetime Developments recently. Each hard case box is hand bound and foiled. Each folder is hand wrapped with a printed cover and bound with inner screws. We did 50 individual boxes which took our professional binder a couple of days to finish. Well worth all the effort for the finished product.

Gotta love the Element guys and their great ideas. Here are some of their new POP merchandise we’ve done for them. Laser etched vintage wooden kerosene boxes for their new Denim and Shoe ranges. As well as a Laser etched antique wooden stand for the Element Eden Range. Great brand, always thinking outside the box…….. ha ha, no pun intended.

Laser Cut Cake Icing????? That’s right! We have been laser cutting cake icing for the Ladies down at Cake Bitz, Southport. We first tried to do a stencil to spray the pattern on with icing spray, but it wasn’t turning out right. So they bought in a flat sheet of icing and we laser cut the pattern into it. The result speaks for itself.
