Now in its 6th generation, Coopers Brewery is the oldest family-owned and run brewery in all of Australia. With a long-running legacy of quality beers, modern innovation and brewing tradition, Coopers recently released a seasonal run of aged beers, including the Extra Strong Vintage Ale, delicious Amber Ale, and Brew-A in honour of founder Thomas Coopers’ first ever beer recipe.
With a brief to create a custom line of beer decals for the Coopers seasonal line, we opted for an authentic, aged look by combining different timbers and finishes to create a layered look, adding depth and texture to the final product.
Drawing inspiration from the brand’s history, we proudly created the Coopers Aged Timber Tap Decals, featuring red and yellow colouring, beer barrel imagery, and nods to their distinguished presence in Australia.
We produced quite a large quantity so keep an eye out for them at a bar near you.

Here’s another project that required some problem solving, which we love doing! This time it was for Burleigh Brewing and their keg beer cooling system they use when they are offsite at events. They wanted to cover the eyesore which was the blue esky, so that the potential customers would be able to see something nice with clear Burleigh Brewing branding.
The cover had to not only look good, but needed to function and be easily setup. So we came up with this timber surround with laser engraved logos. We added a hinged lid and handles which aided in setup and access to the internal system while serving beer at events. Keep an eye out for it at craft beer events and stop by for a cheeky brew.

The City of Ryde hold their annual Citizen and Young Citizen of the year awards every Australia Day. This year we were engaged to create a new trophy for the winners.
We aimed to create something quite simple and effective in design. Also something that the winners would be proud to be awarded. The final result was this solid Blackbutt Hardwood Timber base with a mix of laser cut acrylic, laser etching and gold finish acrylic.
If you need something similar for an upcoming event, drop us a line and we can help you out!

Presented by TechnologyOne, the 2016 Evolve User Conference, located in Brisbane, is set to break the mould for preparing for a cloud and mobile-based world in order to maximise investments in TechnologyOne’s enterprise software.
With the need for efficient, cost-cutting business ideals, this event goes beyond the basics, delving into the specific steps for leveraging leading technologies with more than 100 sessions of industry speakers, product demonstrations and customer case studies, as well as one-on-one access with TechnologyOne experts, opportunities for professional networking and more.
Tasked with creating 350 customised invitations for this modern, technology-focused event, we began by creating an external sleeve for the invitations, accomplished through our use of laser cut Curious Matter specialty paper from K.W. Doggett.
For the internal portion and the outer box of the invitations, we used another K.W. Doggett stock called Knight vellum, further accented with a clear print over the front.
Pairing the custom invitations with a custom box, highlighted by our use of a foiled logo and tailored internal tray, we pulled out all the stops for this extensive, noteworthy and distinctive production job to create something in sync with the theme of the event.

We were given the opportunity to create some special laser cut elements for The Cancer Council. A fundraiser was held at the Gold Coast University Hospital in Southport, where the cutouts were placed in the grass with special dedication notes to people who have had there lives impacted by cancer in someway.

Here is a recent project where we designed and manufactured these custom awards for Coursera. Coursera are a large global online training and education platform that offer courses from a huge range of university and colleges from all over the world. We shipped these over to California to their head office. The trophy itself is made from solid timber with inserted pop colour panels and recessed mirrored logo. Then all finished off with a laser etch on each side. The end result was a super clean and finished custom award.

We love making things that we haven’t made before. So this was a fun one from the guys at Jack’s Creek! Using solid Australian hardwood that complements the stainless steel blades and laser etching the graphic components, we like the simplicity and style of this project.

Here is some custom brass signage we produced for Paradox Coffee Roasters in Surfers Paradise. Individually cut brass letters were mounted on the facade. We also did some custom menu boards for inside the store. The finished signage looked super tidy.
